WEATHER BLOG: Calm 5-Day Ahead

Hi Everyone!

Once again we had some slick spots/"black ice" issues to start this day, but generally speaking this week will not be too intense on the Winter weather scale. Just one exception to a calm "Five Day Forecast,"  and this will be on Wednesday.  Here's  the deal.

An "Alberta Clipper" will be moving through mid week. It will actually grow as it approaches and moves off shore. Most of that growing energy will end up out to sea. But some of it will end up here as rain, maybe mixing with a little wet snow. This is something we will watch but the impact, right now, appears to be minimal.

Eventually today sunny calm weather for the MLK holiday. Nice. And in his spirit pay it forward at some point this Monday. That would be real nice.
