WEATHER BLOG: An Arctic Front

An arctic front will move into the city this afternoon and evening. A brief snow shower or even a snow squall may accompany the front between 4-7PM in Baltimore.

Behind this front, the coldest air of the season moves in bringing single digit low temps overnight for many of us! Winds will be whipping at 15-25mph with gusts up to 40mph possible.

Because of the combination of cold temps and winds, a wind chill advisory has been issued for the entire region for possible wind chills ranging between 0° and -10°. The wind chill advisory goes into effect tonight at 10PM for Baltimore through 8AM Thursday.

Be sure to bundle up and also protect your pets if you plan on spending ANY time outdoors!
