BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Another beautiful day in Mt. Vernon as thousands get out and enjoy Artscape!

The festival features live concerts, visual arts and crafts, food demonstrations and much more.

It was a little humid today -- so dozens took advantage of these outdoor cooling stations!
