Walters Art Museum Nominated As One Of USA Today's 10 Best Free Museums

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Walters Art Museum is in the running to be the best in the nation.
It is nominated as one of USA Today's 10 best free museums. The newspaper says visitors can view works in several media, from sculpture to jeweled eggs and medieval armor.
The Baltimore Museum of Art is also on the list as sixth in the running!
The Walters is ninth out of 20 in the running. The museum is open to visitors.
