Virginia Man Arrested for Selling Fake Black Sabbath Tickets Online

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Police in Maryland say they arrested a man for selling fake concert tickets online.

According to Howard County Police, 34-year-old Shannon Michael Seeber, of Manassas, Virginia is facing charges after fraudulent Black Sabbath tickets led to his arrest.

Police say Seeber sold tickets to the August 21 concert on Craigslist and met the victim at a location in Elkridge, Maryland. The victim called police after Ticketmaster said the tickets were fake.

During Seeber's arrest police recovered additional fake tickets, including shows to Barbara Streisand, Drake and Adele.

Officers also seized several templates for United States Identification Badges, a handgun and suspected illegal drugs.

Seeber is facing charges theft scheme, forgery, possession of false government identification, drug possession and related charges.

He was released on $35,000 bail.

Police ask for any additional victims to call 410-313-2200 to file a report.
