UMBC Campus Closed Tuesday For Water Outage
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The University of Maryland Baltimore County campus will be closed Tuesday due to a water outage.
A 12-inch water main at 5509 Wilkens Avenue in Baltimore was reported broken and affecting water on campus.
The city's Department of Public Works has a contractor working on scene to fix the issue.

Update: Due to the water outage, campus will remain closed for today, Sept. 17.

Water is currently being restored to the campus as of late Tuesday afternoon, but evening classes remain canceled.
The campus will reopen on Wednesday.
