Court documents detail what led up to the alleged attack inside an Uber. The victim and the accused rapist are both telling detectives two very different stories.

Charging documents said Robinson, an Uber driver, picked up a 25-year-old woman in Baltimore City around 10:30 that Saturday night, heading to the county, when the woman's parents became worried when her ride didn't show up on time.

Police said using a phone app, her father tracked her down and found her inside Robinson's car parked along Timonium Road in Mays Chapel.

Both the Uber driver and his passenger were in the backseat.

Later, in an interview with police, the victim described the escalating attack. Her father told officers he believes if he had not found his daughter when he did, Robinson would have "continued to rape her,"

Robinson's account of the ride gone wrong however, differs, telling detectives he thought the "sex was consensual,"

Documents said officers asked if he thought the victim was drunk.

Robinson replied "he thought she was just buzzed,"

Officers wrote, "It should be noted that two individuals had to help the victim to Joshua Robinson's car because of the level of intoxication,"

His attorney argued Monday that Robinson should be released, saying he has a wife, children and no criminal history.

Prosecutors called him a danger to the public, and he was denied bail.
