Towson Town Center Closes Early Due To Power Outage

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A power issue caused a blackout at Towson Town Center Tuesday, which forced the shopping center to close the night before Valentine's Day.

Mall officials say the outage happened around 5 p.m. Power was restored just after 6 p.m.

BGE says it was caused by a malfunctioning piece of equipment.

The mall remained closed for the rest of the evening and is scheduled to open Wednesday.
