Tovarren Scott Charged With July 2020 Murder Of Baltimore Man

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A Baltimore man is charged with first-degree murder of another man in July 2020.
On July 16, 2020, police responded to the 1600 block of Laurens Street for a report of a shooting. They found 46-year-old Moses Rush unresponsive with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Detectives arrested 35-year-old Tovarren Scott on Tuesday.
