Tom Grieve Previews The Orioles Vs Rangers Series
Tom Grieve is a former MLB player and is now the color commentator for Texas Rangers television broadcasts.
Tom joined Ed and Steve to talk about the 4 game series between the Orioles and the Rangers which starts tonight at Camden Yards.
Tom started off by talking about the Rangers struggles recently saying "we haven't done anything well for the last week particularly hitting...we were in a terrible funk in April but in May things turned around." As for Josh Hamilton's return to Texas and how it was received by the fan base Tom said "I think it was very positive we were struggling at the time and when Josh came back he had a game winning hit...it was very positive to get him back he's worked hard to get back into playing shape." As for how the Orioles are perceived by outsiders looking in Tom said "when you look at the Orioles you see a well run team a well managed team."
