Thousands Of Spiders Invade Md. Community

CRISFIELD, Md. (WJZ)—A spider infestation in Crisfield, Maryland has neighbors on edge after thousands of creatures invade a community in Heron Landing, according to WBOC.

Residents tell WBOC that the spiders appeared just days ago but their origin is still unknown.

One woman who lives in the community says spiders can be seen all over her patio, crawling up walks and down the spouts. She says it's gotten to the point where you can't go out the door without a spider web in your face.

The city has recommend an exterminator to alleviate the problem but neighbors believe the infestation is coming from nearby woods.
