The Sandlot To Reopen As 'Park Sandlot' Friday In Harbor East

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A popular spot in Baltimore to enjoy a drink in the summer time is reopening Friday.

After pushing back its opening, The Sandlot in Harbor East will reopen its doors under the name "Park Sandlot."

Customers can expect to grab a carryout drink or snack from the deck, then take their own chairs or blankets and head out onto the beach.

Customers are encouraged to bring their own games and toys.

The Sandlot will initially be opening on weekends only.
