The Bernard Pierce DUI Made It An Easy Decision For The Ravens

Wally Williams is a former NFL offensive lineman who played for the Browns, Ravens, and Saints during his career.

Wally joined Ed and Ken to talk about Ravens re-signing players and cutting Bernard Pierce and some other free agent NFL news.

Wally started off by talking about Bernard Pierce being released and if he was surprised saying "not at all, you could see the writing on the wall...it was a very easy situation once he had a legal issue for the Ravens to let him go." When asked about Greg Hardy signing in Dallas and whether it is a good deal Wally said "I think the off field issues do matter to some organizations but we've seen the teams who will take a chance on these guys...does it send a bad message? I think it does." When asked about if Ravens fans should be panicking over the team not getting big free agents Wally said "no not at all, look fans want to have a big splash and get the big name player and the Ravens don't do that. They get the right player for their program, every year it's the same story."
