Ravens TE Maxx Williams Placed On Injured Reserve

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Ravens announced they will send tight end Maxx Williams to the injured reserve list.

Williams suffered a knee injury in Sunday's Week 4 loss to the Raiders and it looks like he made need to have surgery. Harbaugh said, "It's a cartilage issue that he has in there. It's not something that can be fixed until it's fixed."

The Ravens already brought up tight end Daniel Brown earlier this week and Darren Waller is finished serving his four-game suspension.

Waller returned to the practice field earlier this week for the first time in about a month, joining his teammates and coaches following a suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy.
