Baltimore Police Believe Tara Savannah Payne's Death Was Accidental, No Threat To The Public

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore Police said Monday they believe Tara Savannah Payne's death was accidental.

The 26-year-old went missing in the early morning hours of March 23 after a night out celebrating her birthday. Police believed she had fallen into the water along Boston Street.

After a two-day search, divers found her remains in the water near Canton on Thursday afternoon.

Police said her death is not considered suspicious and there is no threat to the public.

The medical examiner's office will release the official ruling in her death.

A vigil was Monday night at Southern Provisions at 5 p.m.
