Sykesville Named 'Coolest Small Town' In America

SYKESVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- Sykesville in Carroll County has been named the coolest small town in America. That's according to Budget Travel Magazine.

Sykesville won with more than 44 percent of the online vote.

This is the second time in the last few years a Maryland town has won.

In 2014, it was Berlin, Maryland.
