Suspect Sought in MoCo Peeping Tom Incident

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police in Montgomery County are looking for a man accused of a Peeping Tom incident at a Germantown department store.

The victim told investigators she was shopping at the T.J. Maxx store, located in the 20900 block of Frederick Road, about 1:12 p.m. on June 15 when she noticed the suspect using a cell phone to take upskirt pictures of her, according to police.

The suspect took off when she confronted him, the victim said.

Police said they hope someone will recognize the suspect, who was captured in surveillance images, and come forward.

There is a cash reward of up to $10,000 for tips leading to an arrest and/or indictment for this offense.
