Suspect Injured After Jumping Off Overpass In West Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—A suspect was injured after jumping off an overpass during an escape from police on Thursday evening.
It happened near Strickter St. over EB Rt. 40.
A Baltimore Police spokesperson says a preliminary investigation has revealed that during an escape from police the suspect apparently jumped off the foot bridge onto the ground below.
The suspect was taken to the hospital; their current condition is unknown at this time.
