Police: Stepson of Parkville Woman Found Dead In Her Home Arrested

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The stepson of Haw Sun Kim, the 61-year-old woman who was found dead in her Parkville apartment complex this week, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder, police tell WJZ.

Authorities have identified him as 27-year-old Philip Min Hyung Cho, who lived with Kim and his father in the Luddy Court apartment. He is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

A household member found Kim with multiple stab wounds to her upper body just after 1:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, police said.

Paramedics pronounced her dead at the scene.
