Students Evacuated From Bel Air School Following Threat

BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) -- Students at Southhampton Middle School are returning to class Monday after the school was evacuated following a threat.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office is investigating a threat against the school.

Students were safely evacuated earlier Monday to St. Matthew's Church.

Once the building was scanned and deemed safe, the school was reopened.

Police have yet to determine the source of the threat.
