Steve Smith Sr. Announced He Will Return For 2016

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Steve Smith Sr. just announced he will return for the 2016 season.

His 2015 season, which was supposed to be his last, was cut short after he suffered a torn right Achilles tendon halfway through the season.

"I have a feeling Steve Smith will be back," John Harbaugh said.
