State Troopers Stopped More Than 7,400 Drivers During Thanksgiving Holiday

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Maryland State Troopers stopped more than 7,400 vehicles for traffic violations during the Thanksgiving Holiday.

During the four day holiday period, there were 7,470 drivers stopped, where 93 of which were arrested for impaired driving. 75 were arrested on criminal charges and another 62 were wanted on warrants.

Troopers issued 4,139 traffic citations and 4,924 warnings.
