BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An organization is raising money for childhood cancer research by shaving a few heads in Baltimore County.

The clippers came out Sunday in front of a thousand people at Martin's East in Middle River, as 140 volunteers had their heads shaved bald to support the foundation's mission.

The 9th Annual St. Baldrick's Foundation event raised more than $160,000 dollars for life-saving childhood cancer research.
