The NFL offseason gets underway this weekend as hundreds of college prospects will convene in Indianapolis for the annual scouting combine. More than 300 prospects will be inside Lucas Oil Stadium beginning on Friday participating in drills which the players hope will effect their draft position favorably. Locally, the Ravens have a few issues to address heading into the season. Torrey Smith is a free agent and there is some thought that he may leave. "I don't think he's going to get #1 money. said Wilson when asked if Torrey may break the bank in free agency. "It sounds like he would like to come back to Baltimore. I can't imagine he's looking for top receiver money."
