Sports Rehab: Maryland basketball coach Mark Turgeon talking Maryland vs Valparaiso

Maryland Head Coach Mark Turgeon joined Sports Rehab to talk about the Terps upcoming NCAA Tournament first round matchup with Valparaiso.

For the first time in 5 years, the Maryland Terrapins are in the Big Dance. The Terps will travel to Columbus, Ohio to face Valparaiso. The Crusaders are coached by one time tournament hero Bryce Drew. Drew hit a buzzer beating game winner in the first round of the 1998 tournament against Ole Miss.

As for the Terps, they received a #4 seed in the east region. Maryland heads into the Big Dance with a 27-5 record after losing to Michigan State in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament. When asked about the excitement level his players have of making the tournament, Turgeon replied "Our guys will be dialed in and ready to go."
