Snow Falls In Parts Of Maryland, Several Counties Open Schools Late

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Clouds moved over Maryland Tuesday morning, bringing snow to some areas.

WJZ's Mike Schuh was live in the Mobile Weather Lab all morning, reporting that snow was coming down more heavily to the north of Baltimore, but not sticking to most roads.

Still, several school systems decided to open late, including Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, Harford County, Howard County and Montgomery County Public Schools.

FULL LIST OF SCHOOL CLOSURES/DELAYS

WJZ's Marty Bass is calling the Tuesday snowfall "an exceptionally low impact event."

A similar morning snow could occur Friday morning. Check back with WJZ for updates on that system.
