Attempted Robbery Turned Shooting, 1 Person Shot At Bus Stop In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — There has been a report of a shooting  at around 2:26 p.m. at Saratoga Street and Eutaw Street in downtown Baltimore.

Police say there was an attempted robbery and there was a scuffle, in the midst of that, a 43-year-old man standing at a bus stop was shot.

Police recovered a handgun from the scene. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Citywide Shooting detectives responded and assumed control of the investigation.
