Crews Conduct Multiple Water Rescues In Baltimore Due To Heavy Rain

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — First responders in Baltimore were called to multiple water rescues in the city Monday as heavy rain moved through.

Firefighters were on the scene at North Point Road and Erdman Ave off of Pulaski Highway in East Baltimore to assist with several water rescues.

Baltimore City Fire received a call for a stranded driver at the intersection just before noon. Spokesperson Blair Adams said there were no injuries.

They are asking people to stay clear of high flooding areas and do not attempt to drive through.
