Settlement Reached In CSX Train Derailment

ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- According to our media partner, the Baltimore Sun, CSX has reached a settlement with the families of two teens killed in a CSX coal train derailment in 2012.

The settlement's terms are confidential, the Sun said.

Elizabeth Nass and Rose Mayr were sitting on a trestle that carries the tracks over Main Street when the derailment occurred.
