BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police have arrested a second suspect following an assault in Dundalk last month that injured a 20-year-old man.

Victor Rabon Collier III, 25, remains in custody at the Baltimore County Detention Center for first-degree attempted murder and related charges, according to police.

About 3:30 a.m. on July 6, police were called to the 3600 block of North Point Road for a welfare check, where they found the victim lying next to the roadway with traumatic injuries. He was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Police later identified Shane Michael Williams, 24, of Dundalk Avenue, as the suspect responsible. He was arrested on July 11 and remains in custody on $250,000 bail.

Detectives later determined Collier too was involved.
