Schizophrenic Mother Of Missing Kids Has Trial Date Rescheduled

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- The Maryland mother of two children who went missing for more than a year has again been found incompetent to stand trial, WNEW reports.

Catherine Hoggle had a history of paranoid schizophrenia, and she was charged with child neglect and obstruction in connection to their disappearance in 2014. She has since been in custody at a psychiatric hospital.

According to her father, the last time the two children, ages 2 and 3, were seen by others was in early September of 2014, before she allegedly took them to daycare. She then disappeared for four days before being arrested and taken into custody.

Hoggle's next court hearing has been scheduled for February 22.
