Zillow Says Santa's North Pole Home Is Worth This Much

Real estate listing company Zillow has added a listing for Santa's homein the North Pole.
"A toy-lover's paradise nestled on 25 idyllic acres at the North Pole – perfect for spirited reindeer games," the description reads. "The home, constructed in the 1800s of gorgeous old-growth timber logged on site, is steeped in Old World charm but offers modern-day amenities, thanks to a 2013 renovation."

The three-bedroom home features Santa's Toy Shop, reindeer stables, sleigh parking garage, a river rock fireplace, and expansive mountain views. The kitchen is a "bakers dream" with an oven that has 12 cookie settings.
Zillow estimates this charming home is worth $656,957, or $3,228 to rent per month, but expects the home to stay off-market.
"While we don't anticipate Santa moving any time soon, there's certainly a 'Santa Premium' for all the holiday goodness in there!" Zillow tweeted.
