Rush Hour Crash Snarls Traffic On Outer Loop I-695

LANSDOWNE, Md. (WJZ) -- A rush hour crash snarls traffic on I-695 in southern Baltimore County.

Sky Eye Chopper 13 was over the scene in Lansdowne.

At least six vehicles were involved in a collision.

It happened on the outer loop of the Beltway.

One lane is getting by on the lefthand side.

The backups are stretching all the way into Catonsville.
