Runoff To Blame For Sewer Overflow

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Runoff is to blame for a sewer overflow on Falls Road Tuesday evening.

Officials say that by Tuesday evening, approximately 17,700 gallons of water had overflowed.

Officials say that trash and rags in the sewer are also partially to blame for the overflow.
