Rosedale Man Detained After Bringing Loaded Gun To BWI

LINTHICUM, Md. (WJZ) -- A Baltimore County man was detained at BWI-Marshall Airport Friday after TSA officers cause him trying to take a loaded handgun past security.

The Rosedale man's .40 caliber handgun was loaded with 13 bullets.

It's the second gun that TSA officers have detected at BWI this year,

Last year, agents detected 16 firearms at BWI.

The gun was among the man's carry-on luggage by the TSA.

The Maryland Transportation Authority Police, took the firearm and detained the man.
