BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Rock Steady the cat is patiently waiting for his forever home at the Maryland SPCA.
The four-month-old came to the SPCA just a few weeks ago as an orphaned stray. However thanks to their vet team and a foster volunteer, he's healthy and happy, albeit a little shy.
