Rex Ryan Announces Buffalo Bills Signing Of Former Ravens QB Tyrod Taylor

BALTIMORE (WJZ-FM) — Bills Head Coach Rex Ryan said Thursday on a Canadian radio show that the team signed former Ravens quarterback Tyrod Taylor.

In the interview with Toronto's SportsNet 590 Ryan said "...we don't have Tom Brady. We all recognize that, But we have some guys, I think. Now with the addition of Matt Cassel, we just signed Tyrod Taylor and EJ Manuel -- we have three guys that, we'll see what happens."

Taylor is slated to be Buffalo's third string QB quarterback behind recently acquired Matt Cassel and 3rd year QB EJ Manuel when the Bills enter camp.

Tyrod spent four seasons as Joe Flacco's backup in Baltimore. Last year at this time John Harbaugh expressed disappointment with Taylor "We've been very happy with Tyrod, and we feel like he has a great future, but we have been a little disappointed how he's played in games certainly."
