Report: Settlement Reached In Md. 'Snake House' Case

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Capital Gazette reports that a confidential settlement has been reached in the case of a snake-infested home sold to a Maryland couple.

Jeffrey and Jody Brooks bought the place along Truxton Road in Annapolis in December 2014, and had moved out by April.

The next month, they filed a lawsuit against their Realtor, Barbara Van Horn, claiming she sold them the home even though she knew it was full of snakes.
