Ravens Hire Gary Kubiak As Offensive Coordinator

After much speculation over the weeks following Jim Caldwell's departure for the Detroit Lions Head Coach spot, the Ravens announced the hiring of former Houston Texans Head coach Gary Kubiak.

Kubiak spent his his entire NFL playing career as John Elway's back-up in Denver. After spending time with the San Francisco 49ers & as the Offensive Coordinator for the Denver Broncos, Kubiak coached the Houston Texans into respectability before being fired this year in the midst of what ended up being a disappointing 2-14 season.

The Ravens also bring on Kubiak's former assistant, Rick Dennison, as QB coach.

John Harbaugh said the Ravens' coaching staff is still in "Flux".
