Rape Suspect Arrested In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore Police have made an arrest after a 21-year-old victim was raped back on January 21, 2016.

Police say 33-year-old Andrew Collins Blackwell Sr., was apprehended Tuesday for his involvement in the incident.

According to police Blackwell Sr. and the victim were acquaintances.

Blackwell Sr. remains in custody on $750,000 bail
