Puppy Left To Die In Plastic Bin Making Rapid Recovery

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A pit bull terrier puppy that was malnourished, missing fur, and barely clinging to life after being found in a plastic bin in Howard County is recovering well.

Eddy was found in a plastic bin, covered in its own filth and open wounds, back on March 25.
