7-Year-Old Boy Drowns After Falling Into Icy Pond
OXON HILL, Md. (WJZ) -- Prince George's County Police are investigating a drowning in Oxon Hill.
Police say a seven-year-old boy was playing on an icy pond Friday evening and fell in.
Officers arrived and found the boy, then performed CPR until an ambulance arrived.
The boy was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Both officers were taken to the hospital as a precaution.
