Prince George's Co. To Announce 2013 Crime Stats

LANHAM, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker is ready to announce a reduction in crime in the county.

Baker, along with County Police Chief Mark Magaw and others, will announce the 2013 crime statistics Thursday at Wegmans in Lanham.

Officials say community policing strategies have led to the reduction in crime.
