There is a report of a possible armed subject at the Amazon building in the area of 1700 Sparrows Point Blvd.
The Sparrows Point facility was on lockdown for about an hour as a precaution, police say there is not an active shooter on location.
"The safety of our employees is our top priority. While there was no validity to the claim, we took swift action to ensure our employees' safety on site. We thank the Baltimore County Police Department for their quick response," Amazon spokesperson Rachael Lighty said in a statement.
