Man Fatally Stuck In Baltimore Co.

COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (WJZ) --A man was fatally stuck while crossing the road this morning in Baltimore County.

It happened just before 7:00 a.m. at York Road and Industry Lane.

Police say 67-year-old Behrooz Yazdanian was attempting to cross York Road from east to west when he was struck and killed by a Ford Escape.

Police say the driver remained at the scene. It is unknown at this time if any charges will be filed agains the driver.

The crash scene was closed for more than four hours while authorities conducted their investigation.
