Police: Thief Returns Stolen Dog After Seeing Self On News
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Authorities say a thief returned a stolen dog after he saw himself on the news Wednesday.
UPDATE - We have received confirmation from the family that Blanket was brought back this morning. The thief saw himself on the news and returned the dog to her home (in good condition but with a new hairstyle). We have been told Blanket is exhausted but doing well. ^NL pic.twitter.com/61b2Fiq3MI

According to police, the 7-year-old female Shih Tzu named "Blanket" was stolen at 3 p.m. on April 20, when a man went into a yard in the 3100 block of Betlou James Place and took her.

Baltimore County officers say the dog is in good condition.
