Police: Shooting Near Prince George's Co. High School

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- One person was shot in the wood line behind Suitland High School, according to the Prince George's County Police Department.

An unknown amount of students left the school around noon Friday to fight and one student shot another student. The victim was dragged back onto school property.

The school was placed on lock-down as a result.

Police say it appears the victim sustained a non-life threatening injury in the leg.

The suspect has not been captured.
