Police Find Missing Pikesville Man

PIKESVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating an 85-year-old man missing from the Pikesville area.

Oscar Eugene Tapp is 6-feet tall, 140 pounds, has brown eyes and is bald. He should be wearing a blue hat, blue and red shirt, brown belt, white socks and brown sandals.

Tapp was last seen at 9 p.m. Tuesday night at the Brighton Gardens Nursing Home in the 1800 block of Reisterstown Road 21208 where he resides. Staff at the facility suspect that he may have left the building during a power outage.

Tapp has dementia and multiple medical challenges.

Anyone with information on Oscar Eugene Tapp is asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.

UPDATE: Police have located him.
