Police Searching For 1-Year-Old Girl Abducted By Non-Custodial Father

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police in Baltimore are searching for a one-year-old child they said was abducted by her father, who does not have custody of her.
Dream Jones was last seen in her father Damien Jones' custody Tuesday in the 100 block of South Loudon Street.
