Police Say Injuries Are Minor In Bus-bicyclist Collision

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Police in Hagerstown say a woman is being treated for what appear to be minor injuries after her bicycle hit the side of a Washington County Commuter bus.

City police spokeswoman Heather Aleshire tells The Herald-Mail that an initial investigation indicates the woman didn't stop for a red light Friday morning at the intersection of East

Antietam and Locust streets in the downtown area.

Aleshire says the woman was taken to Meritus Medical Center.

She says no charges have been filed.
